  • 6 medium boneless pork chops
  • 1 bag cornmeal
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 bottle vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons salt (to taste)
  • 1 bag hamburger buns

How To Make moms breaded tenderloins

  • Step 1
    Pound out the pork chops until real thin. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Put the cornmeal in a separate bowl.
  • Step 2
    Dip the pork chops in the egg and milk mixture and then dip into the cornmeal to coat evenly. Deep fry in the vegetable oil until golden brown. Serve on buns.
