Ingredients
- 1 package King's Hawaiian savory butter rolls, sliced in half (12 rolls)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 8 large deli turkey slices
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced into 12 pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, or to taste
- ground Himalayan pink salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1 1/2 cups Gouda cheese, grated
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- onion powder
How To Make kentucky hot brown sliders

Step 1Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray and place a piece of parchment paper with overhang. Set aside.

Step 2Using a serrated knife, slice the buns lengthwise, gently holding them down when slicing. Place the bottom rolls in the prepared baking dish.

Step 3Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 4In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and prepared yellow mustard. Spread the mixture on the bottom rolls, covering the entire surface.

Step 5Place turkey slices, then tomato slices on top; season with oregano, salt, and pepper.

Step 6Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese, followed by crumbled cooked bacon. Place the top rolls, pressing down gently.

Step 7In a small skillet, blend together lukewarm melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and onion powder.

Step 8Brush the butter mixture on top of the buns.

Step 9Cover with a piece of foil and transfer to the preheated oven; bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the top is golden.

Step 10Remove from the heat, lift and transfer the sliders onto a cutting board; let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
