1 pkgKing's Hawaiian savory butter rolls, sliced in half (12 rolls)

1/4 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspprepared yellow mustard

8 lgdeli turkey slices
-
2 mdtomatoes, sliced into 12 pieces

1 tspdried oregano leaves, or to taste
-
ground Himalayan pink salt, to taste
-
freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1 1/2 cGouda cheese, grated
-
6 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
-
1/4 cbutter, melted
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 tspDijon mustard
-
1/4 tspWorcestershire sauce
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
onion powder
How To Make kentucky hot brown sliders

1Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray and place a piece of parchment paper with overhang. Set aside.

2Using a serrated knife, slice the buns lengthwise, gently holding them down when slicing. Place the bottom rolls in the prepared baking dish.

3Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

4In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and prepared yellow mustard. Spread the mixture on the bottom rolls, covering the entire surface.

5Place turkey slices, then tomato slices on top; season with oregano, salt, and pepper.

6Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese, followed by crumbled cooked bacon. Place the top rolls, pressing down gently.

7In a small skillet, blend together lukewarm melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and onion powder.

8Brush the butter mixture on top of the buns.

9Cover with a piece of foil and transfer to the preheated oven; bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the top is golden.

10Remove from the heat, lift and transfer the sliders onto a cutting board; let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
