john’s crab salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound imitation crabmeat
- 1 shallot, minced (or you can use red onion)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dill, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 lemon, zested
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1Add crabmeat to a large bowl & flake with a fork

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients & gently stir until well coated.
