- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
- FOR THE SANDWICH
- 1/2 cup Mikes hot honey
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 salmon filets, cut into squares skin removed
- pickle slices
- GARLIC AIOLI
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup good quality mayo
- salt
How To Make hot honey crunchy salmon sandwich

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the egg and Dijon in one bowl. Mix the Panko, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.

Step 2Dip the salmon into the egg mixture on one side. Place it in the crunch and press it on. Lay it on a baking sheet and spread the egg mixture on the other side, and press the crunch on the other side. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 3Mix the aioli ingredients and set aside.

Step 4Toast the buns on a skillet with melted butter. Place the salmon on the bottom bun. Drizzle the hot honey on the salmon. Top with pickles. Spread the aioli on the top bun, put together, and eat.
