- BEEF
- 1 pound deli roast beef
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 onion buns
- CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- RED RANCH SAUCE
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon each apple cider vinegar and sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon each onion and garlic powder
- pinch of salt
How To Make homemade beef & cheddar

Step 1For the beef Place the beef and water into a pan and cook about 5 minutes until warmed through

Step 2For the cheese sauce Mix the cheese, milk and paprika in a saucepan and cook whisking until the cheese is melted.

Step 3For the red ranch Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and cook until warmed through

Step 4to assemble drain the water from the deli beef Open the buns and spread some red ranch on the bottom. top with the meat then the cheese sauce. Eat
