This is a twist on a sandwich that has been around for a while. Hope you enjoy!!

2 pkg
hawaiian bread rolls
1 pkg
ham slices
1 pkg
sliced cheese( i used gouda and swiss)
brown spicy mustard
maple syrup

How to Make Ham & Cheese Surprise Sandwiches


  • 1I sliced the rolls open and spread mustard on one side of the roll. I put a generous amout of the ham and cheese on each roll. I put Gouda on some and Swiss on the others. I very lightly poured some of the maple syrup on the inside and then closed the sandwich.
  • 2Cover with tin foil and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 3Serve and enjoy!!!
