Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 1 package mushrooms, fresh, chopped
  • 12 ounces velveeta, cubed
  • 1 bunch broccoli, steamed, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • - tony's to taste

How To Make ground beef pistolettes

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef, add onions, mushrooms, & Tony's. Saute about 2 min. Add velveeta & soup & stir til melted.
  • Step 2
    Add broccoli. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Stuff mixture into pistolette buns & brush tops with garlic butter. Bake at 350 for 10 min or til golden brown.
