1/2 lbsliced provolone cheese

1/2 lbsliced smoked ham

1/2 lbsliced deli pepperoni

1/2 lbthinly sliced Genoa salami

How To Make grinder sandwich

1In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

2Gently mix in the pepperoncini, red onion, and iceberg lettuce.

3Cut the Italian loaf in half lengthwise and spread both sides with a thin layer of mayo.

4Layer the cheese on both sides. Add the meats on both sides and top the bottom side with sliced tomatoes and the mixed iceberg lettuce salad.

5Fold the top side of the sandwich over the bottom. Using a serrated knife cut the sandwich into sections of desired length.
