Ingredients
- 1 6 inch sub bun
- 1 slice cooked pork tenderloin sliced thin
- 2 slices deli ham
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 4 pickles
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make grilled cuban sandwich

Step 1Open the sub bun. Spread the mustard on both sides. Add a thin slice of cooked pork, then add the ham , then two slices of cheese. Top with pickles. Place the top bun on and melt the butter in a skillet.

Step 2Once butter is melted Place the sub in the skillet. Place a heavy pan on top of the sub to push down. A cast iron pan works well for this. Cook about 4 minutes. Check to see how brown the sub is. If it is browned nicely turn over and place the pan on top and repeat process.
