Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices thick sourdough bread or your favorite bread
- 1 small Roma tomato, sliced into 4 thin slices
- 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 slice muenster cheese
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
How To Make grilled cheese with tomato

Step 1Place one slice of the bread on the counter. Add the mustard, then add the cheddar cheese.

Step 2Then add the tomato slices, then the Muenster cheese.

Step 3Place the other slice of bread on top. Butter the top of the sandwich.

Step 4Add 2 Tbsp of butter to a skillet. When the butter is melted, place the sandwich in the hot butter, butter side down.

Step 5Spread the top bread with the last of the butter. Brown on one side, then turn and brown on the other side. Enjoy.
