grilled cheese tomato style
Although I do love bacon it isn't always the best thing eaten in my daily diet, etc. Love this sandwich as it remains warm while eating the tomato and mayo inside. The Texas Toast holds up while being grilled and after assembling the tomatoes inside. Hope you enjoy this one as much as I do with those really sweet summer fresh tomatoes. Any other tomato is fine but being a farm raised soul those garden tomatoes cannot be beat.
