Ingredients
- 4 slices rustic sourdough bread
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups prepared macaroni and cheese
- butter
How To Make grilled cheese mac and cheese sandwiches

Step 1Lay 4 slices of bread on the counter and place a slice of cheese on each side. If your bread is huge like mine, you might need more slices of cheese. Add one cup of mac and cheese to each sandwich.

Step 2Add some butter to a griddle pan. Butter one side of the sandwich and lay that side down on the griddle pan. Cook until browned on the first side while buttering the other side.

Step 3Turn and cook on the other side until toasted. Cut in half and serve.
