A grilled cheese is a grilled cheese, right? I mean, it's the first meal that most of us learn how to cook at home by ourselves. It's the perfect midnight snack or soup-dipper. It's great for kids but is never turned down by an adult. It's salty, gooey, crisp, buttery, and comforting in all the right ways.

- 8 - fresh arugula leaves
- 8 - fresh basil leaves
- 8 slices tomato, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices italian bread
- 2 tablespoons prepared italian salad dressing
How To Make grilled cheese / arugula, fresh basil and tomato

Step 1Layer the arugula, basil, tomato and cheese on two slices of bread. Top with remaining two slices of bread.

Step 2Brush outer sides of bread with salad dressing.

Step 3Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
