Ingredients
- 2 slices hearty bread
- 6 tablespoons mango jam
- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1 teaspoon chili crisp
- 1 cup shredded Gouda
- 4 tablespoons butter
How To Make gouda grilled cheese with mango jam and shrimp paste

Step 1Mix the jam, green onions, shrimp paste, and chili crisp together. Divide in half and spread on two slices of bread.

Step 2Divide the cheese in half and place it on top of the jam. Top with the other slice of bread.

Step 3Butter one side of the bread and place it in a cast iron hot pan.

Step 4Butter the other side of the bread, then flip when one side is nice and brown. Remove to a plate when the cheese is all melty.
