Ingredients
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 12 slices seaded bread
- 10 teaspoons pepper jelly
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 15 - basil leaves
- 3 cups lettuce
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make goat cheese and strawberry grilled cheese

Step 1Spread goat cheese on one side of bread on each sandwich.

Step 2Spread pepper on the other side of bread for each sandwich. Layer with strawberries, basil, and lettuce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Cook with cheese side down first in a lightly greased nonstick pan until golden brown.
