This is so delicious. The tortillas become crispy and brown. It is loaded with all the good stuff and less bread. Great for game day.

Ingredients
- 5 - medium flour tortillas.
- 2 tablespoons each flour and water
- 8 ounces black forest ham
- 8 ounces genoa salami
- 8 ounces pepperoni
- 8 ounces provolone cheese slices
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup drained pepperoncini peppers
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 cup italian salad dressing

Step 1Mix the flour and water together to make a paste. Lay out three flour tortillas side by side overlapped a bit brushing the flour paste on the areas of overlapping to make them stick. Take the last two tortillas and place them in the middle on top overlapping and using the flour paste to stick them together.

Step 2Lay the mozzarella slices over the tortillas leaving about 3 inch head room at the top and sides. Lay the black forest ham over the mozzarella. Now the salami over the ham and drizzle half the Italian dressing over top. Sprinkle 1 tsp. pepper on top. Top with the peppperoncini, then the pepperoni. Top with the red onion, then drizzle the remaining Italian dressing and black pepper. Finish with the Provolone cheese slices.

Step 3Roll up burrito style pushing the sides in and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Slice to serve
