Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets, about 4 oz. each
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 slices Muenster cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 2 burger buns
- 6 dill pickle rounds

Step 1Make a dredging station by setting 3 dishes out. Place plain bread crumbs in one dish, beat eggs in a second dish, and the Panko in a third bread crumbs. Season the chicken cutlets with salt. Dredge each piece in the plain bread crumbs.

Step 2Then, in the eggs, and then press in the Panko. Place the cutlet on a baking sheet and place in the fridge for 20 minutes. Mix the mayo with the Sriracha and set aside.

Step 3Add the oil to a frying pan, add the chicken cutlet, and fry on each side about 5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4Place the mayo on the lid of each bun. Top with pickles. Place 2 cutlets on the bottom of each bun and top with the cheese. Place them together and eat.
