- 2 pita breads
- 2-4 tablespoons hummus
- 6 falafel balls, smashed
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 6 slices cucumber
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped (or several slices)
- tahini, to drizzle on top
- tzatziki, to drizzle on top
How To Make falafel pita sandwich

Step 1Cut each pita in half and open the pocket.

Step 2Add the 2 smashed falafel to each pita half, then add any or all of the other ingredients listed inside the pockets.
