How To Make ellen's own egg salad
-
Step 1Gather all ingredients.
-
Step 2Fill a large pot with water to the halfway point. Add the eggs. Make sure there is enough water to cover the eggs.
-
Step 3When the water comes to a boil, cook the eggs for fifteen minutes.
-
Step 4Submerge the cooked eggs in very cold water for five or ten minutes. Then peel them.
-
Step 5Cut up the eggs into small pieces and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
-
Step 6Gently stir in the remaining ingredients until all are combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more pickle juice.
-
Step 7Place egg salad in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours before serving. Serve on the bread of your choice as an egg salad sandwich, or serve on a bed of lettuce as a salad.
