Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 - orange, juiced
- 1 - lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon mined garlic
- 1 pound pork loin, or shoulder
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- - swiss cheese
- - sliced pickles
- - mustard
- - deli ham
- - sub rolls
How To Make cuban sandwich

Step 1Combine juices and seasoning in slow cooker

Step 2Add pork, pour chicken broth over the top. Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours or low for 6 - 8 hours. It should flake apart once its cooked

Step 3Place mustard on sub roll, add cheese, ham, pork and pickles

Step 4Heat a teaspoon of oil or butter in the skillet, place the sandwich on the hot skillet and press with a spatula. Press until the bread it crispy, and brown. I like to press both sides. Enjoy!
