hoagie rolls, split, and lightly toasted

blue cheese dressing
3/4 lb
thinly sliced cooked turkey

sharp cheddar cheese, 1 oz each

avoacado, thinly sliced

bacon, cooked

olive oil vinaigrette (we like newman's own oil & vinegar and bernstein's spicy italian)

  • 1Spread cut sides of each hoagie roll with blue cheese dressing.
  • 2Layer bottom halves of rolls evenly with turkey and next 5 ingredients; drizzle with vinaigrette.
