- 1 - argentinian chorizo sausage
- 1 - french bread or brat bun or large roll
- - chimichurri sauce
How To Make choripan (sausage sandwich)

Step 1Grill or pan fry sausage. Open bread or bun and grill briefly, cut side down.

Step 2Butterfly (cut lengthwise) and place on one side of bread.

Step 3Spread chimichurri sauce on other side of bun. Close and enjoy!

Step 4NOTE: if Argentinian chorizo is unavailable, Italian sausage or other pork based sausage may be used instead.
