Ingredients
- 1 package cornbread mix - 8 1/2 oz.
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup sour cream, light
- 1 can prepared chili - with or without beans
- 1 can corn - 14 oz approximately - drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make chili cornbread sloppy "joes"

Step 1Prepare cornbread mix with egg and sour cream. Spread in greased 8x8 inch pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400ºF. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Step 2Remove cornbread and cut into 4 squares. Cut each square into a triangle, then split each triangle horizontally into halves.

Step 3Meanwhile, cook chili and corn in saucepan until completely heated.

Step 4To serve: spoon chili mixture onto bottom half of cornbread triangle, sprinkle with cheese, top with remaining cornbread triangle.
