Ingredients

  • 1 large
    can chicken
  • 1 small
    onion, diced
  • 1 large
    celery stalk, diced
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 2 slice
    bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • ·
    mayonnaise and dijon mustard to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish (opt)
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • 1/2 c
    packed fresh basil, rolled and sliced
  • ·
    lettuce leaves

How to Make Chicken Salad Sandwiches w/Cranberries

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook bacon and drain well; crumble.
  2. Drain chicken. Add other ingredients and stir.
  3. Using your favorite bread or roll, place about 1/4 cup on bread, add lettuce.
