Ingredients

  • 2
    cooked skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 c
    romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 2 large
    tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 c
    caesar salad dressing
  • 2 large
    whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Chicken Caesar Wrap

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the chicken into strips and place into a medium-sized bowl
  2. Season with the salt and pepper.
  3. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, 1/4 cup of dressing and toss to combine.
  4. Divide the filling between the tortillas, placing the filling on the bottom quarter.
  5. Add the cheese and freshly ground pepper.
  6. Fold the bottom flap up over the filling then fold the two sides in towards the center, overlapping slightly.
  7. Serve with additional Caesar dressing.
