- 6 slices sandwich bread
- 6 slices american cheese
- salad dressing
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- cornflakes crumbs
How To Make cheese frenchees

Step 1Make 3 Cheese Sandwiches. Cut each in quarters. Dip and cover each with batter of 1 egg. 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup flour. Coat with Cornflakes crumbs. Deep fat fry at 375 degree. Makes 12 Frenches. These can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
