Every place has its own style of serving a hot dog, and North Carolina is no exception. Basically, it's a hotdog smothered in chili and covered with coleslaw! And mustard, don't forget the mustard! Yum! You can make your own favorite coleslaw and chili if you don't have any ready made available.

Step 1

Warm up the chili if necessary.

Step 2

Grill hotdogs until char marks are visible.
Step 3

Place hotdogs in buns, squirt on some mustard, add chili and top with coleslaw.
