Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- 8 - hot dogs
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 8 - hot dog buns, toasted

Step 1Brown beef, onion and pepper. Pour off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, relish, salt , worcestershire and mustard. Add hot dogs, simmer 10 minutes. Put hot dogs in buns, top with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with pickle strips and green onions in rings of green peppers, ripe olives and chips.
