Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup (10.75 oz)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 hamburger buns
How To Make cajun gumbo sloppy joes

Step 1Add the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic to large saucepan and cook until beef is no longer pink.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients except the buns and mix well. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

Step 3Serve on burger buns.
