- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, divided
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken thighs, pounded to inch and cut in half
- 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- oil for deep frying
How To Make caesar salad chicken sandwich

Step 1In a bowl, mix the romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and 1/3 cup of Caesar dressing. Set aside in the fridge.

Step 2Bring oil to 350 degrees F. Set up a dredging station. Place the flour in one station, whisk the heavy cream and eggs together in a second station, and add the Panko and the spices in a third station.

Step 3Dredge the chicken in the flour, then in the egg mixture, then in the Panko.

Step 4Add to the hot oil and cook about 5 minutes until crispy and golden.

Step 5Place the remaining Caesar dressing on the top buns, then add a chicken piece, and top with the Caesar salad.
