  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, divided
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken thighs, pounded to inch and cut in half
  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • oil for deep frying

How To Make caesar salad chicken sandwich

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, mix the romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and 1/3 cup of Caesar dressing. Set aside in the fridge.
  • Step 2
    Bring oil to 350 degrees F. Set up a dredging station. Place the flour in one station, whisk the heavy cream and eggs together in a second station, and add the Panko and the spices in a third station.
  • Step 3
    Dredge the chicken in the flour, then in the egg mixture, then in the Panko.
  • Step 4
    Add to the hot oil and cook about 5 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • Step 5
    Place the remaining Caesar dressing on the top buns, then add a chicken piece, and top with the Caesar salad.
