Ingredients
- 24 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices white American cheese
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 12 oz bottles ranch dressing
- 1/2 bottle Frank's red hot sauce
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 teaspoon poppyseeds
How To Make buffalo chicken sliders
-
Step 1Cook chicken in a saucepan until tender. Take a knife and fork, and shred up chicken. You can also use rotisserie chicken — probably 4 cups shredded.
-
Step 2Put chicken, cream cheese, and hot sauce in the Crock Pot. Measure hot sauce with your heart! Add chicken.
-
Step 3Cook on low for 3 hours, stirring every hour or so.
-
Step 4Place rolls on a baking sheet.
-
Step 5Slice each roll, and place a 1/4 square of cheese slice on each roll.
-
Step 6Put a heaping tablespoon of chicken mixture on top of the cheese inside of each roll.
-
Step 7Add the poppyseeds to the melted butter, and generously brush each roll with the butter mixture.
-
Step 8Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
