Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing, plus more for dipping
- 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted or salted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 package Hawaiian slider rolls (12 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- pickled red onions (optional)
- pickled jalapeños (optional)
How To Make buffalo chicken sliders

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Step 2Mix the shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing in a large bowl.

Step 3Mix the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Set the bowl aside.

Step 4Slice the Hawaiian slider buns in half lengthwise without separating them.

Step 5Spread half the shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the bottom half of the buns.

Step 6Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese.

Step 7Top with the remaining cheese over the chicken mixture. Cover the cheese with the top buns and brush with the butter mixture.
