Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing, plus more for dipping
  • 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted or salted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 package Hawaiian slider rolls (12 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • pickled red onions (optional)
  • pickled jalapeños (optional)

How To Make buffalo chicken sliders

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Step 2
    Mix the shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing in a large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Mix the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Set the bowl aside.
  • Step 4
    Slice the Hawaiian slider buns in half lengthwise without separating them.
  • Step 5
    Spread half the shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the bottom half of the buns.
  • Step 6
    Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese.
  • Step 7
    Top with the remaining cheese over the chicken mixture. Cover the cheese with the top buns and brush with the butter mixture.
