Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese at room temp
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 4 brioche buns

How To Make brioche lobster rolls

  • Step 1
    Cook the lobster in butter or boiling water and set aside in fridge to cool.
  • Step 2
    Combine the Mascarpone cheese and olive oil until smooth. Stir in the tarragon, chives, lemon zest and juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Cut the lobster into big chunks. Add the lobster to the mascarpone mixture and mix well. Serve on the brioche buns.
