This is one of my husbands favorite sandwiches. Lots of different flavors....yummy and hot, but not spicy!

Ingredients
- 1 large canned solid white albacore tuna
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered curry spice
- - butter
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- - mango chutney
- 4 slices sour dough bread
How To Make bombay tuna melt

Step 1Open can of tuna and drain off all the water. Put in mixing bowl, add Mayonnaise, onion, celery, pickle relish and curry powder. Mix well....if needed add more mayo to mix.

Step 2In large fry pan, place well buttered slice of bread face down, spread bread with enough Mango Chutney to cover bread, place tuna mixture on top and then add a slice of pepper jack cheese. Put the other slice of butter bread on top face up.

Step 3Turn fry pan on medium heat, turn sandwich when golden brown. Then repeat on other side.
