Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 slices monterey jack cheese
- 2 slices rustic whole grain bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 leaves of butter lettuce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large egg
- salt and pepper
How To Make blt fried egg and cheese sandwich

Step 1Cook the bacon until crisp and place on paper towel.

Step 2Lay cheese on one slice of bread. Spread the mayonnaise on the other slice of bread. Top the mayonnaise with the bacon lettuce and tomato

Step 3Melt butter in a skillet. Add the egg and cook easy over and season with salt and pepper.Place the egg on top of the cheese and close the sandwich and eat right away
