Beer Cheeseburger Hand Pies
1 lbground beef
3 clovegarlic minced
1 smallonion minced
1/4 cbeer i used coors light
1 Tbspeach prepared mustard and worcestershire sauce
29 inch pie crusts store-bought or homemade
6 Tbspshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Beer Cheeseburger Hand Pies
- For the filling
Brown the beef with the onion and garlic. Pour in the beer and let most evaporate. Drain. Add the ketchup, mustard, relish, and Worcestershire Sauce.
- To Assemble pies
Roll out dough and cut into 6 triangles. 3 will be for the bottom and 3 for the top. Repeat with the other pie of dough.
- Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the egg and water together.
- Place 1 tbsp cheese on 6 triangles. Top with some beef filling. Brush the edges of the other 6 triangles with egg wash. Place the top over each filling. Press edges together.
- Brush all 6 pies with egg wash. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
