Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small onion minced
- 1/4 cup beer i used coors light
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 1 tablespoon each prepared mustard and worcestershire sauce
- 2 - 9 inch pie crusts store-bought or homemade
- 6 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
How To Make beer cheeseburger hand pies

Step 1For the filling Brown the beef with the onion and garlic. Pour in the beer and let most evaporate. Drain. Add the ketchup, mustard, relish, and Worcestershire Sauce.

Step 2To Assemble pies Roll out dough and cut into 6 triangles. 3 will be for the bottom and 3 for the top. Repeat with the other pie of dough.

Step 3Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the egg and water together.

Step 4Place 1 tbsp cheese on 6 triangles. Top with some beef filling. Brush the edges of the other 6 triangles with egg wash. Place the top over each filling. Press edges together.

Step 5Brush all 6 pies with egg wash. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
