I generally marinaded the beer brats in Guinness beer, however, I didn't have any available. I did have Chelada's. I was very happy how they turned out and they were a big hit.

How to Make Beer Brats

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together into the Chelada beer. Marinate in the fridge for 4 hours.
  2. Boil brauts in the marinade. Once brauts are done through, transfer to grille. Cook until golden, couple mins per side.
  3. Enjoy!
