I generally marinaded the beer brats in Guinness beer, however, I didn't have any available. I did have Chelada's. I was very happy how they turned out and they were a big hit.

Ingredients

1 LG slice onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon season spice/ whatever you have available
2 cans chelada's (beer)

How To Make beer brats

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together into the Chelada beer. Marinate in the fridge for 4 hours.

Step 2

Boil brauts in the marinade. Once brauts are done through, transfer to grille. Cook until golden, couple mins per side.
