bbq ham
This is my adaptation of a recipe from a church supper cookbook from the church John and I were married in. I used two different types of vinegar, but you could use any type you choose. White would be equally acceptable.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- - fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 - onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons sugar, heaping
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 pounds shaved ham, chopped
How To Make bbq ham

Step 1Saute onion in butter, add all remaining but ham and simmer 10-15 min, stirring occasionally. Add ham and cook until hot. Make into sandwiches. Can be kept in a crockpot.
