- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup favorite bbq sauce
- 4 slices pepperjack cheese
- 4 brioche hambuger buns
How To Make bbq beef sandwiches

Step 1In a large skillet add the olive oil and get it hot. Add the onions and cook until translucent. Add the garlic and ground beef.

Step 2Cook until beef is no longer pink. Stir in the BBQ sauce. Heat through
