Ingredients
- 1 10-inch flour tortilla
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup garlic hummus
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup Queso Fresco, crumbled or sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make avocado and hummus quesadilla

Step 1Lay the flour tortilla out on the counter. Lay the avocado slices on one side. Spread the hummus on the other side. Place the red onion on top of the avocado, then the cilantro.

Step 2Top the hummus with Queso Fresco. Fold in half, then cut in half.

Step 3Place the oil in a frying pan. Once hot, lay the quesadillas in the pan and brown on both sides. Yum.
