This is the seventh recipe I've created with tiger sauce. This time, it's all about the pork loin. this is perfect for dinner.

Ingredients For tiger pork loin

  • 1 c
    tiger sauce
  • 3/4 c
    creamy French dressing
  • 3/4 c
    honey mustard
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1
    packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    steak seasoning
  • 2 lb
    fresh boneless pork loin

How To Make tiger pork loin

    In a medium bowl, combine the tiger sauce, French dressing, honey mustard, ground ginger, onion soup mix, garlic powder and steak seasoning; whisk well.

    Place pork loin into a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade overtop. Squeeze out of the air and seal the bag; marinade for 2 hours to overnight.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Place pork loin into a glass baking dish along with marinade. Bake about 1 hour, basting occasionally. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
