Ingredients
- 1 cup tiger sauce
- 3/4 cup creamy French dressing
- 3/4 cup honey mustard
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
- 2 pounds fresh boneless pork loin
How To Make tiger pork loin

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine the tiger sauce, French dressing, honey mustard, ground ginger, onion soup mix, garlic powder and steak seasoning; whisk well.

Step 2Place pork loin into a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade overtop. Squeeze out of the air and seal the bag; marinade for 2 hours to overnight.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 4Place pork loin into a glass baking dish along with marinade. Bake about 1 hour, basting occasionally. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
