This is the seventh recipe I've created with tiger sauce. This time, it's all about the pork loin. this is perfect for dinner.

Ingredients For tiger pork loin

1 ctiger sauce

3/4 ccreamy French dressing

3/4 choney mustard
-
2 1/2 tspground ginger

1packet dry onion soup mix

1 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspsteak seasoning

2 lbfresh boneless pork loin
How To Make tiger pork loin

1In a medium bowl, combine the tiger sauce, French dressing, honey mustard, ground ginger, onion soup mix, garlic powder and steak seasoning; whisk well.

2Place pork loin into a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade overtop. Squeeze out of the air and seal the bag; marinade for 2 hours to overnight.

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

4Place pork loin into a glass baking dish along with marinade. Bake about 1 hour, basting occasionally. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
