For the people who loved pork loin for dinner,i create this new recipe it was based on seattle hot dog,without the bun and cabbage,it was great with side of mac and cheese,steamed vegetables and some dinner rolls.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large vidalia sweet onion,peeled and sliced
- 4 fresh jalapenos,chopped
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 8 ounces cream cheese,softened
- 3 pounds pork tenderloin
- 4 tablespoons honey mustard
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup sweet and spicy barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
How To Make seattle pork loin

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add sliced vidalia onion and chopped jalapenos,saute for 7 minutes,or until are tender.Stir in steak seasoning and bread crumbs.

Step 3Cut pork tenderloin in half lengthwise.Stuff with cream cheese and sauteed onion mixture and secure with kitchen twine.

Step 4In a small bowl,combine honey mustard,teriyaki and barbecue sauce,whisk together.Baste the tenderloin with 1/2 of the sauce.Season with ground cumin.

Step 5Place in a shallow roaster and bake uncover for 1 hour.Baste with reserved sauce.Cover with aluminum foil and continue bake for another 1 hour.
