Ingredients For orange-cranberry glazed pork tenderloin

1 can16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce

1 tspgrated fresh orange rind

2/3 cfresh orange juice
-
2 tspbalsamic vinegar

1/2 tspground pepper
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
1/8 tspground cinnamon
-
1/8 tspground cloves
-
1 1/2 lbpork tenderloin

1 1/2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make orange-cranberry glazed pork tenderloin

1Bring first 9 ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally 20 minutes.

2Season pork with salt & pepper & rosemary. Brown pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place pork in a lightly greased shallow roasting pan.

3Bake at 425 degrees for 15 - 25 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 155 degrees. Remove pork from oven and cover with aluminum foil; let stand 5 minutes until thermometer registers 160 degrees.

4Slice pork and serve with cranberry sauce mixture.
