Ingredients
- 5 pounds sirloin tip or rump roast
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh carrots
- 1 can your favorite cream soup
- 1 large red or white onion- cut in half
- 5 cloves fresh garlic- diced small
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons adobo powder
- 3-4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon- 1- or cube
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh chopped oregano
- 2 cans or fresh green beans (optional)
- 1/2 cup your favorite bourbon
How To Make jb's bourbon pot roast

Step 1Put the white pepper & adobo on meat and Sear all sides of the roast. when seared add the bourbon cook another 2 minutes

Step 2add ALL of the other remaining ingredients along with a can of your favorite flavor soup and 1-can water, cover cook on low until meat is tender..serve over rice, potato or anything else you like.
