Ingredients
- 1 - leg of lamb
- dash salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make glazed leg of lamb, mom

Step 1Season lamb with salt and pepper. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 325 degrees 30-35 min per pound until meat thermometer registers 175 degrees. Meanwhile, combine jelly, rosemary and lemon juice in small saucepan. Stir over med heat until jelly melts. Brush on lamb during last hour of roasting time.
