Ingredients
- One - 15 to 18 pound ham, (butt)
- - whole cloves
- 3 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup mustard, spicy brown
- 1 1/4 cups dr. pepper soda
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
How To Make easter ham

Step 1Pre- oven to 325°

Step 2Score surface of ham in a diamond pattern. Insert cloves. Place ham in a large roasting pan with a rack on bottom. Tent with foil and bake approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours, checking package directions for exact time.

Step 3Meanwhile, in a sauce pan heat the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and Dr. Pepper until bubbly. Cook until reduced and thick, about 15 minutes.

Step 4After ham has been baking for 2 hours, remove foil and brush the glaze on ham, repeating every 20 minutes, returning ham to oven uncovered between brushings. When finished, remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes.
