I had a roast that needed to be cooked today and I was tired of the usual set of recipes I use. I decided to just look around the kitchen and use things I wouldn't normally use in a pot roast. It's a little bit sweet, a little savory and as easy as dumping it all into a slow cooker.

I'm here writing it down tonight because hubby took two bites, said "is this new?" and then said go write it down so you don't forget!
