This Beef Roast is so easy, prep is short and easy ... let you crock pot do the work ... so tender and Gravy is amazing! Depends on your roast, OR your crock pot ... not sure, but I'm leaning towards the roast ...I have used the same crock pot and cook the same way, it just sometimes has more broth so you may have to thicken your gravy. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 package italian dressing
1 package hidden valley ranch dressing
1 package brown gravy mix
2 cups water
2-3 pounds boneless chuck roast

How To Make 3 packet roast with gravy

Step 1

Combine all 3 packages with water to dissolve ...

Step 2

Brown the Roast in skillet, do not add any salt and pepper ... Pkgs. tend to be a little salty ... I add pepper about half way thru cooking time .
Step 3

Place roast in Crock pot ... Pour package and water mixture over top of roast. Cover ... Set crock pot on high ... cook 5-6 hours. I turn it over after about 3 hrs. This is when I check to see if it needs any salt and add pepper.
Step 4

Serve with mashed potatoes and a Veggie.
