This recipe uses country style pork ribs. I have made these often, as they are easy to make and taste fantastic. I have used boneless pork cut into rib sizes, and it worked as well as the bone in. Hope you enjoy these as much as I do! And if you want to make extra, they freeze well!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds ribs, separated (country style pork ribs)
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1 lemon and peel, sliced (take out seeds after slicing)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes tobasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water

How To Make theresa's bbq ribs

  • Step 1
    Brown ribs in skillet. Put in oven with sliced onion and lemon (remove the seeds) on the bottom of the pan. Bake at 450 degrees 30 minutes. Bring to a boil the remining ingredients, reduce oven to 350 degrees and pour half the sauce over the ribs. Bake additional 30 minutes, cover with remaining sauce and cook another 30 minutes or until completely cooked.
