Ingredients
- 12 - beef short ribs
- 15 ounces can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 2 boxes any hickory smoked bbq sauce
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup jalapeno pepper jelly
- - salt and pepper
- - sliced jalapenos for serving
How To Make sweet, spicy smoky short ribs in crockpot

Step 1Place the ribs in a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Mix the peaches BBQ sauce,liquid smoke, onion, garlic and jelly together in a saucepan. Cook until the jelly has melted. Pour over the ribs and cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 2Remove the ribs from the crock and place on a serving plate. Keep warm. Strain the liquid and discard the solids. Place liquid in saucepan and let reduce over med/high heat for 15 minutes. Serve sauce over ribs and garnish with sliced jalapenos.
