Ingredients For sweet, spicy smoky short ribs in crockpot

  • 12
    beef short ribs
  • 15 oz
    can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 2 box
    any hickory smoked bbq sauce
  • 2 tsp
    liquid smoke
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    jalapeno pepper jelly
  • salt and pepper
  • sliced jalapenos for serving

How To Make sweet, spicy smoky short ribs in crockpot

    Place the ribs in a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Mix the peaches BBQ sauce,liquid smoke, onion, garlic and jelly together in a saucepan. Cook until the jelly has melted. Pour over the ribs and cook on low for 8 hours.

    Remove the ribs from the crock and place on a serving plate. Keep warm. Strain the liquid and discard the solids. Place liquid in saucepan and let reduce over med/high heat for 15 minutes. Serve sauce over ribs and garnish with sliced jalapenos.
